Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, as long as they have not been processed or shipped. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled.

Late or Missing Refunds
